University Sponsorship
There is good progress is made in the local colleges. IZF continue to allocate more funds to directly sponsor students locally in both public and accredited private universities. Over 500 have obtained degrees locally and over a thousand more have managed to get certificates and diplomas in different fields under IZF support.
In 2021 academic year, there are 1092 sponsored students, of which 533 are Male and 559 Female. We are expecting 393 students to complete their studies by end of 2022.
Secondary School Bursary
In 2021/2022 academic year IZF is sponsoring 1048 students at Islamic Organization schools, Government schools, Community Day Secondary Schools (CDSS) and Private Schools.
Although the tuition fees in secondary school continues to increase, we plan to support 500 students in 2022 Academic Year, with more concentration in public secondary schools across the country.
